Iron oxides (which are inorganic) and lakes (which are organic) make up the vast majority of permanent makeup pigment products currently on the market. These products are of the inorganic variety.
These permanent makeup pigments are used in the art of permanent cosmetic application. This usually requires single or multiple needles to be used to pierce the skin, whereupon various kinds of pigments are used to create permanent or semi-permanent designs or shades.
European Beauty Concept favours high quality iron oxide pigments for permanent colouring, because of their non-toxic, non-interactive, and non-reactive natures. This type of pigment has been used safely in both traditional and permanent cosmetics, as well as medication and skin protection, for more than a hundred years.
Types of Permanent Makeup Pigments We Offer

- Eyebrow pigment: choose from a range of anti-red colours, including Light Golden Brown # 1, Golden Brown # 2, Dark Golden Brown # 3, and Brown Black # 4. These colours will not make warmer shades – instead, use them when you want cooler shades.
- Lips pigment: select from a range which incorporates warmer colours such as Natural Lips # 1, Real Red # 2, Dark Brown # 7, Mocha # 9 and Brown Lips # 10
- Eyeliner pigment: most of our eyeliner colours focus on cooler shades.
- Colour correction pigments: red colour correction is our most popular, but we also offer corrections Anti Grey # 10, Grey # 6, Grey # 7, Orange # 10, and Mustard # 10.
Tips For Application and Use
Powder pigment such as this can be added to liquid pigments to alter the final result and adjust the shade. Most especially in cases when the beautician is trying to achieve a highlighting effect, applying a small quality of pigment power to the liquid will make the final result look more natural.
In cases where the skin doesn’t accept colouring well, a higher concentration of pigment such as this can help. The higher concentration will also make the effect longer-lasting.
All colours of available permanent makeup pigment have been optimised, most particularly in consistency, so that they can be used in conjunction with all kinds of devices. Pigment will be delivered smoothly, under constant flow.
All colours are made in a clean room under the most stringent of hygiene conditions. After production, each batch is tested by a certified microbiological laboratory. In addition to achieving Good Manufacturing Practice standards at all times, we also work hard to ensure that the environment is cared for during the manufacturing process. The composition and sterility of the pigment conforms to the 93/42/EEC Directive, class II b, concerning medical devices. No human or bovine products are used in pigment creation. Only safe, pharmaceutical-grade products are used.
